The Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist provides guidance and support to facility teams to promote accurate MDS assessments, complete clinical documentation, and appropriate reimbursement.
Responsibilities:

Support and review MDS assessments for accuracy and timely completion.

Review clinical documentation to support resident assessments and reimbursement.

Provide education and guidance on MDS and PDPM processes.

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Travel between assigned facilities to provide support and training.
Qualifications:

Active Texas LVN or RN license.

MDS and PDPM experience in skilled nursing.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to support multiple facilities and travel as needed.
