Le rôle The Spa intern's role is to discover how our Spa works and the Four Seasons standards. He/she must demonstrate a very good team spirit, be flexible on schedules depending on the activity, have a neat presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele. His/her organizational skills are also a key element. English is an essential asset to succeed in this position. He/she works closely with the various departments of the hotel. Spa Academy training with presentation of the Spa menu, customer vocabulary, Guest flow and general Spa information Guarantee the security and also the relaxation of guests and assist them with any requests they may have. Ability to react quickly/anticipate/solve problems. Spa set-up on opening and closing shifts, maintenance of “Men's” and “Women's” changing rooms: restocking of linen and lockers, maintenance of washrooms. Cleaning and maintenance of showers, Sauna and Hammam. Serving tea in the relaxation room / refreshing beds in the relaxation room when necessary.
