About the Role At Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans, we are seeking an energetic and inspiring leader to join our In-Room Dining team as a Room Service Supervisor. In this role, you will champion a culture of excellence—guiding and motivating a talented team to deliver personalized service and unforgettable in-room dining experiences, all while upholding the exceptional quality, attention to detail, and genuine care that define our brand. What You Will Do Lead and oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, cultivating a highly engaged team through training, coaching, and motivation while upholding Four Seasons’ culture of excellence and service standards. Orchestrate seamless service execution by communicating guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring timely, polished delivery that reflects uncompromising quality standards. Ensure a pristine, well-organized environment, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, consistency, and operational efficiency in alignment with luxury hospitality expectations. Oversee amenity and guest request fulfillment with precision, ensuring all orders are handled promptly and flawlessly, while monitoring service recovery opportunities and completing reports to continuously enhance the guest experience. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent experience Prior experience in a supervisory position preferred. Minimum of one year of food service or equivalent experience is required. TIPS and ServSafe certifications required Work authorization in the United States required What To Expect Maintain a strong floor presence, spending majority of each shift actively engaging with operations, supporting the team, and delivering warm, personalized guest interactions. Seamlessly coordinate across all communication channels—including telephone and digital platforms—with cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth, efficient operation and a consistently exceptional guest experience. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
