About the role: The Reservations Sales Specialist is responsible for selling and coordinating reservations for a cluster of South Florida luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. This role serves as an extension of the Sales Team, focusing on converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while enhancing the guest journey through personalized pre-arrival engagement. This position is based at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and reports to the Senior Director of Reservations, with flexibility required to support all properties within the shared services model. What you will do: Capture and convert reservation inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, web, and internal requests Coordinate and confirm bookings for rooms, suites, residences, spa, dining, and additional revenue opportunities Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, travel advisors, and internal stakeholders Manage chat communication platforms, responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner Handle guest requests, special accommodations, and resolve concerns in line with Four Seasons standards Complete pre-arrival processes, including confirming reservations, billing details, and waitlisted services Support cross-functional teams such as Group Reservations and Guest Recognition as needed Assist with PBX call handling, including routing, messaging, and guest communication Manage and respond to internal service requests (HOTSOS) and coordinate with operational departments Maintain accurate records and data within reservation and property systems Support emergency communication protocols and respond to incidents in accordance with hotel procedures Collaborate across the shared-services cluster to ensure consistency and operational efficiency What you bring: Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, reservations, or operations preferred Proven ability to drive sales conversions and maximize revenue opportunities Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with a strong sense of urgency Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaborative mindset with the ability to support a shared-services model What we offer: Competitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Complimentary employee benefits after one year of service 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Excellent training and development opportunities Employee discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide Complimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms Complimentary employee meals Schedule & Hours: Flexible schedule required, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
