What you will do To collect all soiled linens and terry using the appropriate containers and bins To prepare all soiled linens and terry to be sent offsite for washing and folding To receive all completed linens and terry prepared offsite To deliver all linen and terry to guest floors for use To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. What you bring Education: High school education or equivalent experience Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Work a full shift standing Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including: sun, wind, and rain Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed Ability to work in cramped quarters; between laundry and storage areas Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to operate uniform/laundry/housekeeping equipment Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions Schedule Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
