Overview: This rule is for a position of Private Bar and In Room Dining Sever. Expect a to be schedule private bar shift and serving shift weekly, and at time split shifts. Private Bar duties constants of stocking and replenish in-room private bars, private bar menus and emptying and customizing private bar Serve duties constants of guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. · To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. Knowledge & Skills: Education: High school education or equivalent experience Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred. Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, oral proficiency in the English language, and good knowledge of computer skills Environment: This position requires a considerable amount of physical activity; should be able to Work a full shift standing Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including sun, wind, and rain Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed Ability to work in cramped quarters; between kitchen/food & beverage area and storage areas Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to operate food & beverage equipment Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
