About the role The In-Room Dining Coordinator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for a food & beverage professional that shares a passion for exceptional service and who infuses enthusiasm and passion into everything they do. What you will do The In Room Dining Coordinator takes guest in-room dining orders and communicates special requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system. This position will coordinate delivery of orders by Room Service Servers in a timely manner according to Four Seasons Standards. What you bring The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in In Room Dining in a luxury hotel/resort setting. Candidates must have excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment.
