What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at FOURMIDABLE?
FOURMIDABLE is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 500 North Apartments located in Natchitoches, LA.
FOURMIDABLE supports a balance between work and a personal life by providing employees with paid time off and holidays. Our paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees become eligible for paid time off the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Tasks include:
- Clean vacant apartments
- Cleaning buildings and common areas, daily grounds pick up.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the Community, and assists with minor repairs such as electrical, plumbing, concrete, masonry, roofing, painting and carpentry.
The ideal candidate MUST:
- Be able to clean with a strong attention to detail
- Be able to lift 25 pounds
- Be friendly and courteous
- Have good communication skills
