Job Summary
Fourman Enterprises is a fast-growing machine shop based in Hope, Indiana. We pride ourselves on a friendly, team-oriented environment where employees work together toward shared success. We’re looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our expanding team.
The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines and completing machining projects from start to finish. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work from blueprints or sample parts.
Position hours -7:00 AM to 3:30 PM M-F.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a CNC machine operator/programmer (Mastercam preferred)
- Ability to use calipers and other measuring instruments
- Experience with manual mills and lathes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Responsabilities
- Operate CNC machines while ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints or sample parts to complete projects
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and thread gauges for quality control
- Perform machining tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve issues
