What You’ll Do
Contacts and establishes relationships with approved mortgage brokers/bankers to grow the wholesale platform and increase the size of the portfolio loan business. Acts as liaison between FourLeaf and accounts with regard to loan processing.
This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.
Core Contributions
- Develops and maintains relationships with the current approved mortgage bankers and brokers, generates loans and expands membership. Provides education and information about mortgage programs and guidelines to current accounts and prospects.
- Acts as a liaison between FourLeaf and the mortgage banker/broker throughout all phases of the loan process. Analyzes and verifies applications to determine creditworthiness. Assists in the clearance of mortgage loan pipeline. Responds to inquiries regarding loan status and the accurate submission and structuring of loans to comply with FourLeaf loan submission guidelines.
- Develops and executes budget and business plans for Mortgages Sales Initiatives meetings. Produces monthly SWOT reports to manage FourLeaf competitiveness within the market and effectiveness of the overall business plan. Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.
- Works on projects as required to assist the manager in setting strategies to convert originations to income.
- Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.
Assets You Will Bring
- Associate's Degree required.
- 5-9 years of experience.
- National Mortgage Licensing System License.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 annually plus commission.
