Responsibilities Include: |

|
Coordinates logistics for corporate events both on and off site including but not limited to Air Show, Employee Party, Turkey Drive, management meetings, offsite planning meetings, executive events and the annual all employee meeting. Works closely with AVP and Senior Executives. Occasional travel will be required. Works with Corporate Affairs and Business Development leadership team on projects. Manage various deliverables and priorities under tight deadlines. |

Coordinates employee engagement events for Branches and Back-Office teammates. |

|
|
Participates in Charitable-giving Committee to work through grants and sponsorships for NFP. |

|
|
Manage invoice processing, tracking, reviewing and approving for the department using corcentric as well as managing the department’s weekly budget. |
