Capital Markets & Corporate Development Associate (NYC)- DATA CENTERS
Overview:
Fourfound is seeking Capital Markets Associates to support financing and investor initiatives for a growing & leading Data Center owner/operator.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with debt/equity transactions and financial modelling
- Prepare investor materials and market research
- Support lender/investor relationships
- Evaluate Greenfield, Powered land & asset- level buyside M&A opportunities
- Underwrite land acquisition & power procurement projects
- Support in commercial negotiations related to financing terms for leasing contracts with Hyperscalers
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in IB, PE, or real estate/infrastructure finance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong modeling skills
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
