Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect / Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Indiana (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)
Job Summary:
The Child Support Bureau IT Department is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect / Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership, design scalable cloud infrastructure, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and document generation platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- AWS Certification
- 5 years of hands-on AWS experience (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda)
- 5 years of Kubernetes/EKS administration and troubleshooting
- 5 years of experience with document automation platforms (SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services, etc.)
- 5 years of Linux and Windows administration
- 5 years of scripting and automation experience
- 3 years of Agile and CI/CD experience (Jenkins preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager
- NGINX Ingress/Gateway
- Fluent Bit
- Keycloak
- MongoDB
- Helm Charts
- Splunk
- Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- KEDA and Kubernetes ecosystem tools
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support AWS cloud infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS environments
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions
- Support document generation and workflow automation platforms
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Experience: 5 years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solution architecture roles.
