Four Winds Hospitals is a leading provider of specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. Four Winds is seeking to hire Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for an adult inpatient unit. Monday - Friday 3:00pm – 11:00pm
RN’s: $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS, LPN’s: $7,000 SIGN ON BONUS

RN’s: $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Experienced based salary scale starting at $45.00 per hour. Night differential also offered. Additional for Formal Certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
Signing Bonus after 2 years of employment. $2,000 after 6 months, $2,000 after 12 months, $2,000 after 18 months, $4,000 at 24 months.
LPN’s: $7,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Experienced based salary scale starting at $29.00 per hour. Night differential also offered. Additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
Signing Bonus after 1 year of employment. $1,750 after 3 months, $1,750 after 6 months and $4,000 after 1 year.
