Paid four-week orientation consists of two weeks of classroom training from 8:30am-4:30pm, followed by two weeks of on-unit training 12-hour shifts. Once orientation is completed, you will be on a float schedule for five weeks after which you will be assigned to a unit.
Job highlights
- Entry level direct-care position with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Specialized training in Trauma-informed care (TIC) and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training (TCI)
- Lead groups
- 3 shifts per week
- Flexible schedule with some weekend shifts required
- Day shifts 8:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Overnight shifts 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Salary
- Starting at $20.00/hour
