Sales Associate – Customer Service & Operations

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal

Job Responsibilities

● Support sales operations by creating invoices, preparing signage, maintaining inventory,

and updating the company website

● Assist with quotes, sales transactions, and customer inquiries

● Coordinate and respond to shipping inquiries, including arranging shipments

● Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and

purchases

Store & E-Commerce Operations

● Manage inventory, including stocking, replenishment, and merchandising

● Maintain store cleanliness and organization (sales floor, restroom, and common areas)

● Assist with processing shipments and fulfilling orders

● Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations

Requirements

● Must be at least 18 years old

● Availability to work Saturdays is required

● High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Schedule

● $18 per hour

● Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM–1:00 PM
