Social Worker (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Limited Permit)

We are seeking applicants for a full time Treatment Coordinator to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team on the adolescent units.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Job highlights:

• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30 (or 9:00am – 5:00 pm)
• Case coordination, discharge planning, utilization management (managed care) issues, Conduct group therapy sessions,
• Engage family members in treatment by maintaining close communication and gathering data
• Interfacing with the outpatient/community providers, including school personnel.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Limited Permit as a Mental Health Practitioner

• License NYS as LMHC, LMSW or LCSW preferred

• Two years post-master's clinical experience in individual, group and family therapies

• Strong clinical skills with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
