Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, seeks Nurse Manager in our hospital located in Westchester to help lead the staff and provide a safe and warm environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
- Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
- Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.
- Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.
BSN preferred.
Experienced based annual salary scale starting at $106,400 with additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
