SUMMARY:
An individual must be able to attend classes 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 2 weeks. Must learn new games and be able to work flexible hours. Must have good math skills, dexterity, and ability to learn. Must have excellent guest service skills.
Classes will be held in a convenient New Buffalo location beginning January 18, 2026
- Games taught: Blackjack, Four Card Frenzy, and Louisiana Stud
- Class time will be offered from 9pm to 5pm
- Class attendance required: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, from Sunday Through Thursday for 2 weeks.
- Classes held for 2 weeks: January 18, 2026 through January 31, 2026
- Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of an offer for a dealing position
- Classes are FREE to qualified applicants (Similar Classes in this area cost upwards of $850.00)
- Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of offer of dealing position
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this training successfully you will agree to follow Four Winds Casino Resort training policies and guidelines as well as the Company's code of conduct. While participating in training within Four Winds Casino Resort, you will also agree to the following:
- Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by Four Winds Casino Resort
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming License
- Two (2) or more day’s unexcused absence will be cause for trainee dismissal.
- If unable to attend class, you are responsible to notify Four Winds Casino Resort.
- Tardiness will not be accepted, 10 minutes or later is cause for exclusion from class that day. Further, the tardy day will be assessed as an unexcused absence.
- Three (3) unexcused tardies will be cause for permanent exclusion from training.
- Proper attire, and a professional appearance and attitude are expected at all times.

EMPLOYMENT PROCESS:
Four Winds Casinos employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure in accordance with the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission level 2 licensing regulations by successfully completing a background check, prior to beginning employment. - Drug Screen
