Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing, including repair, installation, and maintenance services. Candidate would also need the ability to operate in a residential environment if needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing accurate and cost-effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Maintain excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
- Keep accurate records of services provided, parts used, and time spent on jobs
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
- Maintain and operate company vehicles and tools in good condition
- Must have the ability to run residential plumbing service calls if needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid drivers license
- 8 years of experience as a plumbing technician (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
