Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair, and possess strong customer service skills. We are not looking for something who only knows how to change brakes and oil. We are looking for a skilled diagnostic technician who knows how to diagnose electrical issues, ecm, tcm, scr, dpf, knox sensor, and other related problems and issues. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
- Conduct diesel engine repairs as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Align and balance wheels and repair suspension systems
- Interpret schematics for electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in automotive repair, including diesel engines
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus
- Certification as a Service Technician is preferred
