Housekeeper, Milliken Creek Inn

Summary of Position

Join our team as a Housekeeper at Milliken Creek Inn. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms, yard areas, parking, and office areas, as well as washing / folding clothes, cabinets, rooms, and supply areas. The employee occasionally has to lift and move or up to 30 pounds.

When We Need You

• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) are required
• Ability to work holidays is necessary
• Flexibility through the week is required
• Weekday schedule will be dependent on occupancy

What You’ll Do

• Provide assistance and excellent customer service to all guests - being ready, willing, and genuinely happy to help guests at all times
• Perform evening housekeeping duties, including refreshing linens, emptying wastebaskets, and restocking amenities.
• Provide turndown services, such as preparing beds, dimming lights, and placing evening amenities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in all guest areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any special requests or needs promptly.
• Assisting with any guest service requests
• Work within the five core values of Four Sisters Inns: Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, Above & Beyond
• Promote the collection: develop a knowledge of other Four Sisters Inns and communicate information about the collection to guests
• Any other duties as assigned
