Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call Turndown Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Turndown Attendants provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.

Chic and light-filled with vast ocean views, our 370 accommodations provide a personal sanctuary in this all-encompassing Hawaiian luxury beach resort. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort’s own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa – wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call Turndown Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Turndown Attendants provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
What You Will Do
- Remove any used linens and replace with clean ones.
- Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly & prep bed.
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, & cotton balls.
- Prep both occupied and unoccupied rooms for arrivals & stay overs.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortability in lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for the majority of the shift.

- Open availability, 3-4 days per week or more - vary on business operations.
- 4:45pm to 10pm
