Responsibilities
- The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware.
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, restock supplies, and assis kitchen/service staff
- Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas.
- Organizing storage, managing waste/recycling, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, overseeing supplies.
- Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, ability to work under pressure, physical stamina
- This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
