This role is responsible for handling group bookings, managing retail inventory, and supporting the Spa Coordinator/Reception team. The position also plays a vital role in promoting spa services, maintaining service excellence, and proactively seeking opportunities to maximize revenue. About The Role

What You Will Do
- Act as the primary contact for group reservations, ensuring a positive
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring high
- Manage all aspects of group reservations, including entering bookings
- Collaborate with the sales and spa teams to ensure group itineraries,
- Oversee retail inventory, including ordering, receiving, and conducting
- Support the Spa Coordinator/Reception team by providing guidance
- Generate daily and group-related reports for management and billing
- Conduct training sessions to maintain high service standards and team
- Lead daily briefings to communicate updates, goals, and group details
What You Bring
- Self-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a luxury
- Proficiency in spa booking systems (e.g., Book4Time) and basic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns and
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and
- Completion of all required training as scheduled.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry and spa operations.
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a spa or wellness
- Completion of post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a
- Familiarity with luxury customer expectations and ability to exceed them.
