Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable ski experience.
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and proactively assist with all ski and snowboard equipment needs.
- Label, inventory, and securely store skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment in an organized manner.
- Prepare and deliver equipment prior to member and guest arrivals based on individual preferences and reservations.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and tracking systems to prevent loss or misplacement.
- Assist guests with ski and snowboard boot fitting, ensuring proper comfort, performance, and safety.
- Coordinate equipment tuning, waxing, repairs, with tuning staff.
- Organize equipment storage areas to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and a premium presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service tailored to individual preferences.
- Transport equipment between valet operations, ski storage facilities, locker rooms, and designated resort locations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guests through professional, attentive, and engaging service.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including equipment organization, inventory verification, and facility readiness.
- Collaborate with resort operations, concierge, guest services, ski school, and transportation teams to deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Drive retail sales by identifying guest needs and recommending appropriate ski equipment, apparel, accessories, and resort merchandise.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a hospitality-first mindset.
- Previous hospitality, guest service, or ski industry experience preferred
- The ideal candidate also has a general knowledge about skiing and snowboarding.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
