About The Role

Looking for an exciting opportunity to work in luxury hospitality this summer, gaining valuable experience and building professional skills in a vibrant poolside environment? Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Seasonal Pool Attendant to join our dynamic and dedicated team, where exceptional service is at the heart of our refined hospitality experience. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every detail of their poolside visit is attended to. We are looking for outgoing, attentive, and professional individuals committed to delivering unparalleled service and enhancing every guest’s experience.

What You Will Do

• Greet and welcome guests to The Cove and Serenity Pool, creating a warm and inviting first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, including lounge chairs, cabanas, and restaurant seating, while managing guest flow across the pool areas.
• Provide guest water service and distribute towels, ensuring both are refreshed and maintained throughout the day.
• Maintain a visible and attentive presence across the pool areas, ensuring guests feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, seating areas, towel stations, and surrounding spaces, and transport towels and towel bins to and from laundry and designated areas.
• Support food and beverage service when needed, while maintaining primary responsibility for guest interaction, seating coordination, and pool hospitality.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1 year(s) previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A positive, approachable, and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, service-driven environment.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• The ability to multi-task while under pressure.
• The ability to carry and balance a tray with multiple items.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours

• This posting is for candidates available to start in May for the summer season.
• While this is a seasonal role with a defined end date, there may be opportunities for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.
• Open availability is preferred & weekend availability is required.
• Must be available to work holidays.
