About The Role
The Amenity Coordinator position is an important position in Room Service. It is crucial in the contribution to the guest’s first impression of the hotel. It entails delivering welcoming gifts/ amenities to guest rooms before their arrival.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, organize, and deliver guest amenities and welcome gifts to guestrooms prior to guest arrival.
- Coordinate with Room Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations teams to ensure timely and accurate amenity deliveries.
- Review daily arrival reports and special guest requests to ensure amenities are properly assigned and delivered.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards for all amenity preparation areas.
- Ensure all amenities are presented according to brand and luxury service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of amenity items and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
- Assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and customized guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and completed requests.
- Support Room Service operations as needed during high business demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English through both verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury service experience preferred.
- Fast-paced luxury hospitality environment focused on exceptional guest service.
- Frequent walking throughout the property and extended periods standing during shifts.
- Repetitive movement including lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching.
- A schedule based on operational needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Daily interaction with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
