In This Role You Will:
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, and employees and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist visitors with information, visitation procedures, and community safety requirements
- Help maintain visitor logs, identification badges, and other security procedures
- Maintain organized records, files, supplies, and reception areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to help ensure needs and requests are addressed promptly
- Report safety, security, or emergency concerns to appropriate leadership
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Shift Details:
Part-Time Evening and Weekends
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of experience in a receptionist, call-center, administrative, or related role
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, visitors, and employees
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrates good judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
