What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.
- Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
- An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
