What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Sports Assembly / Lube tech position at Four Seasons Power Sports?
We are a small powersports and auto shop looking to hire a full time employee to help with powersports assembly and day to day tasks. We are located off Broadway and 32nd St in South Phoenix. Hours are Monday – Friday (9am-6pm) and occasionally you may be asked to cover on Saturdays (10am-3pm).
Most of the work will be assembling small atvs, dirt bikes and go karts. The units come in crates, about 75% assembled, and we have to uncrate and finish the assembly. Usually this consists of attaching the handlebars, suspension, tires, roll cages, plastics etc. Applicants must be comfortable with tools and capable of lifting 50 lbs. Knowledge of powersports is not necessary, but is a plus. We have all the tools you need here, but if you have your own you are more than welcome to bring them.
In addition to powersports we also have a fleet of cars that we rent out on the Turo platform that require cleaning and maintenance. Most of the cars just need a basic wash, vacuum and wipe down. Occasionally we have cars that will require extra detailing (removing and power washing seats/ cleaning pet hair etc.)
It is preffered that you have some basic auto or lube tech experience (oil changes/ tires/brake pads, etc), but not required. Duties also include basic vehicle maintenance such as; fluid changes, tires, brakes, wipers, engine mounts, etc. Mechanics and experienced auto technicians are welcome to apply as we always need extra help maintaining our fleet.
Mostly we need someone who has good attention to detail and a good work ethic. We're a small tight knit company where everyone pitches in to get the job done.
Pay range is from $18-$24/hr depending on skills and possible mechanic experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
