What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation?
· Building maintenance and repairs:
o Painting, plastering, and sheetrock repair
o Flooring, tile, and baseboard installation/repairs
o Basic plumbing, electrical, boiler, and HVAC work
· Record keeping and documentation of completed work
· Assigning and managing work assignments
· Reporting maintenance issues to the Director of EOC
· Responding to emergency maintenance calls, including off-hours
Schedule
· Variable day shifts
· Two weekends per month required
· Must be available for emergency call-ins
Required Qualifications
· Strong communication and time-management skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Understanding of OSHA policies and procedures
· Ability to read and write English
· Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications
· 2–3 years of maintenance experience
· Experience in a healthcare or medical facility environment preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
Compensation
· 55K-65K/per year
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
