Job Title: Experienced PVC Extrusion Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate PVC extrusion machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor PVC extrusion machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Material Handling: Handle PVC raw materials safely and efficiently, including loading materials into the extrusion machine and monitoring material levels throughout the production process.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of extruded PVC products continuously making adjustments as necessary to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, materials, or processes to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on PVC extrusion machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed to ensure proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, material usage, and any maintenance or troubleshooting activities performed during shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating PVC extrusion machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of PVC extrusion machinery.
