Landscape Services Team Member

Position: Landscape Services Team Member

An established landscape company, Four Seasons Landscape Co., in Auburn, Indiana, is looking for employees to join our team installing professional landscape projects for our clients, working with all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance. The position is full-time and is a hands-on position that is physically demanding and rewarding. Our experience and focus on detail are driven by quality in design, build and maintenance. This full-time position is year-round and includes winter services as needed during the winter season.

The best suited applicant will possess the following qualifications:

· Practical knowledge and common sense.

· An enjoyment of working outdoors.

· Hardscape and landscape construction experience is a plus.

· Strong work ethic and integrity.

Essential Duties:

· Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and irrigation.

· Mows and trims with power mowers.

· Planting and installation of various landscaping materials.

· Spring clean-up services and spreading mulch.

· Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs.

· Operating commercial hand and power tools.

· Driving motor vehicles.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Quality conscious and detail oriented.

· Ability to follow directions and instructions from supervisor.

· High school diploma or GED.

· No felonies or prior convictions.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

· Someone who strives for excellence in performance and attendance.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

· Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 /- pounds throughout the workday.

· Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.

· Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.

· Must be able to navigate uneven terrain in different types of weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage Scale: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
