WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR COMMERCIAL SERVICE SPECIALIST I:
When you join our team as a Commercial Service Specialist I, you roll out at 7 am with an organized plan and a spotless vehicle. You arrive at commercial sites ready to perform repair and maintenance work to Kanga standards. Throughout the day, you troubleshoot leaks, document your work, and maintain your uniform and vehicle in a clean, professional manner. You naturally step into leadership to lead, manage, and train new technicians, and you wrap your day by attending meetings and training sessions, so you're always aligned, always improving, and always ready for what's next.
What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver's License
- Competent with technology
- Leak investigation and repair skills
- Excellent communication skills to work well with supervisors and customers, building trust on every job (preferred)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
Full‑time, M–F 7 am–4 pm | $33.00–$40.00 per hour
