Who We Look For

- Have an eye for detail and organization
- As a diverse team, the more languages you speak the better!
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Licensing in the following; Mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration CFC License.
- First Class Engineers License-D.C.
- Skilled in proper and safe use of all Engineering equipment, tools, products, & materials
- Strong guest service skills and an effective problem solver.
- Computer skills e.g. word processing, PM programs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wire and schematic diagrams.
- Working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations along with all OSHA standards.
