About the Role: The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a passionate and skilled On Call/Casual Security Officer. This role reports to the Director of Security and supports the responsibility for the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. The role includes risk management, loss prevention, workplace safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.

- Supports the responsibility for the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
- Risk management, loss prevention, workplace safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership and communication skills and are required to have at least two years' experience in security or police.
- Experienced in CPR and first aid.
- Unexpired Hawaii Guard Card, required.
- Computer skills.
- Service passion.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
