About The Role
The role of the Communications Operator focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and operational support at the Residence Club. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, providing accurate information about amenities and activities, and managing guest requests through the telephone switchboard and computer systems. The position also involves coordinating wake-up calls, managing call features (e.g., transfers, forwarding), monitoring guest phone charges, and logging maintenance issues. Additional duties include receiving and delivering packages, tracking resort rentals, and ensuring timely completion of guest service requests. Flexibility to assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by management is essential.

What You Will Do
- Provide general information and inquiries to all callers and be familiar with all Residence
events, etc.
- Successfully utilize the telephone switchboard, the Residence Club computer system.
- Accept and place wake-up calls for Residence Club guests.
- assist with "Do Not Disturb" requests, screening calls, "No Information" calls, busy
way conversations, collect calls, visitors, and radio equipment.
- Actively monitor guest phone charges and report charges to Resort Assistant Manager.
- Report and log all telephone maintenance and operational problems.
- Receive, log, and deliver all guest packages appropriately.
- Monitor Front Office Systems to ensure guest requests have been assigned and completed in
- Monitor and log all Resort Rentals available to guests to ensure the return of such items or
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Hourly Rate: $20.60
