Position Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist plays an important role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of administrative and financial information. Responsibilities include data entry, paperwork submission, payment processing, invoicing, and Home Depot lead creation. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Location: Crestwood

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr subject to experience and qualifications as outlined within.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, scanning.
• Verify accuracy of data in company systems and database.
• Process payments as required, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Prepare, process, and maintain invoices and related documentation.
• Create and enter leads for Home Depot in accordance with established procedures.
• Communicate with internal departments and external contacts as necessary to obtain or verify information.
• Meet established deadlines and productivity expectations.
• Keep records of tasks, files, and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Previous experience with invoicing, payment processing, or document processing preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
