What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and on time
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Monitor the status of jobs throughout the day and adjust scheduling as needed
- Work closely with the service team to solve logistical issues quickly
- Enter and update job details in dispatch software
- Help keep the day organized, productive, and moving forward
- Dispatch experience required
- Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
