Job Description

On retro-commissioning projects, the Commissioning Agent evaluates existing building systems to identify operational deficiencies and opportunities to improve performance, reliability and energy efficiency. On new construction and renovation projects, the role supports the commissioning process from design and construction through functional testing and project closeout.

The Commissioning Agent works closely with owners, facility staff, engineers, contractors and controls providers to verify that building systems operate as intended and meet project requirements. This position will be based in the Atlanta area and will support projects throughout the Southeast and across FSE's national project portfolio, requiring frequent travel.
