Job Description
Four Seasons Auto Sales is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team in Picayune, MS.
This person will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Greet walk-in customers
- Enter customer information into the One Credit financing system
- Assist customers with finance applications
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain customer files and records
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Support the sales and service departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience with auto dealerships is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Closed Sundays
Pay
$15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
