Valet Attendant
SUMMARY: Ensures guests receive superior service. Parks and delivers cars in a safe and efficient manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that all policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests' vehicles are followed.
- Offers information to guests regarding directions, transportation, and hotel services.
- Follows departmental procedures to ensure that call vehicles are parked and accurately accounted for.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must represent the company in a friendly and professional manner

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal form. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to inform guest of the hotel's facilities and services available.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public is required.
- Must be 18 years of age and be able to obtain all necessary work cards. Must be able to drive all types of vehicles and be in possession of a current driver's license. Must have a recent clean driving record.
