What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Therapist- Loveland Group Practice position at Four Points Counseling Center?
Four Points is seeking a warm and conscientious mental health therapist provisionally licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Four Points therapists work with clients from all backgrounds and identities who are experiencing an array of mental health concerns. We strive for therapists to feel empowered and supported within a structure that provides flexibility and connection.
Compensation is fee for service at $60 - $64 per session. Additionally:
- PTO and health insurance equal to a benefit of approx. $6700 annually.
- Professional development opportunities at no cost to employees.
- Opportunities for providing clinical supervision at an increased rate of compensation including time for documentation review.
Overview
- In office location with option to work remotely 1-2 days per week
- Dedicated office space - no office sharing
- Schedule autonomy and flexibility
- Weekly consultation groups
- New client referrals, billing and paperwork managed by administrative team
Expectations
- Ability to practice with skill and judgment commensurate to level of experience
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Courteous and professional communication with high level of responsiveness
- Adherence to regulatory standards including HIPAA
- Maintenance of active professional license
Qualifications
- Active Colorado license as LPC, LCSW or LMFT
- Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field
- Experience with assessment and diagnosis
