Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with catering, banquet, or special event service when needed, providing seamless hospitality experiences.
- Engage with customers proactively to promote sales, answer questions about menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant experience or retail math skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience working in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is a plus.
