The Night Audit Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming our guests and verifying all information during the check-in/check-out process. In this role, accuracy and accountability are key. This is the ideal position for someone who shines in guest service, has excellent attention to detail, is skilled in problem resolution, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate should be focused on providing professional service and creating a memorable stay through personalized guest experiences. We’re looking for individuals who want to help shape the guest experience and who are passionate, driven individuals with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
Job Requirements:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner, recognizing Marriott Bonvoy Members as well as returning guests·
- Able to work from 11pm - 7am daily. Available Weekdays and Weekends.
- Perform nightly audit and financial reconciliation tasks - Reconcile daily transactions, balance cash and credit card activity, and prepare next-day financial reports using computerized systems to a high degree of accuracy.
- Register guests and manage overnight front desk operations - Check in late arrivals, handle reservations and departures, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in person, over the phone, via email or other digital messaging platforms.
- Ensure guest safety and enforce hotel policies during overnight hours - Monitor property activity, enforce access policies, and report safety/security concerns to management as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs - Assist guests with requests, process payments, provide information about hotel services and local area, and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Computer literacy, math skills, and knowledge of word processing software
- Guest / customer service experience

- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry is considered an asset
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality is considered an asset
