Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines such as industrial washers and dryers
- Handle materials carefully using proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements before washing.
- Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents safely while adhering to all safety standards in production.
- Manage push carts and other materials handling tools efficiently to transport laundry loads throughout the facility.
- Perform routine sanitation of laundry areas, machines, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience with cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly, including lifting bulky laundry loads safely.
- Basic math skills for measuring detergents and managing inventory levels.
