Location: Huntley, IL (Commercial Sales Territory Flexible)
Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Position
Compensation: $300,000 - $500,000 Annually

Build and Lead Our Commercial Roofing Division
Four Peaks Roofing is seeking an experienced commercial roofing sales professional to build, grow, and lead our commercial roofing division.
While Four Peaks Roofing has successfully completed commercial roofing projects, we are looking for the right individual to help us create and solidify a dedicated commercial roofing branch within our organization.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with significant autonomy, build a team, create processes, and participate heavily in the profits generated by the division.

Compensation
Our compensation model is designed to heavily reward performance.
Commission Option
- 50% of gross profit on personally sold jobs
- Company overhead allocation of 10% charged to each project
- Override commissions on business generated by team members under your leadership
- Uncapped earning potential
Salary Draw Option
For candidates who prefer greater income consistency while building their pipeline, Four Peaks may offer a salary draw structure.
Under a draw structure:
- Consistent income is provided upfront
- Commission percentages may be adjusted accordingly
- Compensation structure can be customized based on experience, production history, and responsibilities
Expected earnings for successful candidates are:
$300,000 - $500,000 Annually
There is no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities
- Generate and close commercial roofing opportunities (Maintenance, Repairs and Installations)
- Leverage existing commercial relationships and industry contacts
- Develop new commercial accounts and strategic partnerships
- Meet with property owners, facility managers, building engineers, property management companies, developers, and general contractors
- Prepare and present commercial roofing proposals
- Manage projects from lead generation through contract execution
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage commercial sales personnel
- Develop sales processes, systems, and training programs
- Create accountability standards and performance expectations
- Work directly with ownership to grow the commercial division
- Participate in strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who already has:
- Commercial roofing sales experience
- Existing industry contacts and relationships
- A proven history of generating commercial roofing opportunities
- Experience selling:
- TPO
- EPDM
- PVC
- Modified Bitumen
- Commercial Coatings
- Metal Roofing Systems
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience training, mentoring, and managing salespeople
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build something significant
