Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial and Maintenance Professionals to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for ensuring a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks. Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Maintain restroom sanitation by disinfecting sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies regularly
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and reporting repair needs to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Clean and maintain pools on property
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or supplies
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues
- You must have a vehicle
