A FedEx Ground contractor is looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our growing team in South KCMO. This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Drivers operate out of the KCMO terminal, delivering to local homes and businesses using company-provided box trucks and cargo vans.
Pay & Schedule
- $170-190/day
- Full-time, 5 days/week (optional 6th day available)
- Start: 8 AM | Dispatch: by 9:00 AM | Finish: around 5-5:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Load and unload packages efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
- Represent FedEx Ground with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements
- 1 year of delivery experience within the last 3 years
- 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check (employer reimbursed)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
